Mystic Shores Neighbors is a community-led member group formed to support responsible growth and stronger water-quality protections in the Mystic Shores and Canyon Lake area. We are working to protect Devil’s Hollow, Canyon Lake, local groundwater resources, and nearby residents from wastewater discharges and development decisions that may threaten the area’s water, land, and Hill Country character. Current efforts focus on the Canyon Ranch wastewater permit renewal process.

We are preparing for the June 2 public meeting with TCEQ to comment on the renewal of permit # WQ0015866001, the wastewater treatment plant at Canyon Ranch.
If you are planing to speak in the public comment session, we'd appreciate your registration on our "Register your Topic" page. This allows us to understand who plans to speak on which topic so that we can line up speakers to address other open topics that don't already have a speaker.

This registration is not formal - just a way for us to get our ducks in a row. You will still need to register at the check-in desk at the Hampton Inn.
